The Sarthy Lab seeks a qualified research technician to provide support for daily laboratory operations and assist in cell and molecular biology-related research projects. Our lab studies cancer epigenetics with specific focus on characterization and targeting of protein-DNA interactions in pediatric cancers. We apply cutting-edge methods to identify epigenetic changes driving high-risk cancers including lymphomas, leukemias, and solid tumors. Related to this work, we are also exploring how to make chemotherapeutic regimens safer for children with cancer.
